For three decades, Silverado Vineyards has been growing some of California’s most distinct wines at each of its six vineyards in Napa Valley, including Stags Leap (Cabernet and Merlot); Miller Ranch (Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon), Mt. George (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verlot); Soda Creek (Sangiovese, Sauvignon Blanc); Firetree (Chardonnay); and, Vineburg (Chardonnay).

This four-course dinner and wine pairing begins at 6:30 pm. The wine will be paired with food creations from One Eleven Chop House’s Executive Chef Doug Gavaletz.
