JOE WAGNER COPPER CANE WINE DINNER

Winemaker Joe Wagner will be in attendance for this very special wine dinner featuring seven wines from his Copper Cane wine portfolio, including house favorite his Quilt Napa Valley Cabernet! Copper Cane houses a collection of wine brands that are crafted to offer a touch of luxury for everyday indulgence, including Elouan Pinot Noir from Oregon; Belle Glos Pinot Noirs from prime California coastal vineyards; Carne Humana red and white blends from Napa Valley; and Steorra, a Brut sparkling wine made of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in Sonoma County’s prestigious Russian River.

This four-course dinner and wine pairing begins at 6:30 pm. The wine will be paired with food creations from One Eleven Chop House’s Executive Chef Doug Gavaletz.

Should you require to cancel your reservation for a wine dinner, we will credit you toward another wine dinner or provide a Worcester Restaurant Group gift card of equal value. Please provide as much notice as possible (one week’s notice recommended). Our wine dinners are limited to 36 seats, and demand is quite high.
