Etude Wine Dinner
In 1982, Etude was founded on a winemaking philosophy that begins in the vineyard long before the harvest and, that superior grape growing diminishes the need for intervention by the winemaker, resulting in authentic varietal expression. Winemaker Jon Priest strongly believes and lives out the Etude philosophy. This has allowed for the continual cultivation of the highest quality wines, reflective of the profound influences of the land and the season, as well as the hand of its steward; hence, the concept of winegrowing.
Four course dinner and wine pairing at 6:30 pm. The wine will be paired with food creations from 111 Executive Chef Doug Gavaletz.
$125 per guest
