Managers and Chefs are properly certified in food handling and safety practices.
Staff continue to be thoroughly trained in hygiene and safety practices.
All staff are thoroughly screened and temperature checked prior to each work shift.
Proper hand sanitizer and hand washing facilities are readily available to staff and guests.
Staff and guests will adhere to policies of mask wearing recommended by the state and the CDC.
Table tops and chairs will be sanitized after each guest use.
Bathroom areas are cleaned and sanitized every 30 minutes.
Table tops will never be pre-set.
Silverware and dishes are cleaned in temperatures of 180 degrees.
Air conditioning units have been thoroughly inspected and fitted with state-of-the-art Ultra Violet and MERV 13 technology.
Menus are never reused.
Service to guests will be coordinated to be as touchless as possible.
