One Eleven Chop House takes a basic steakhouse formula (USDA prime cuts of beef, hot bar scene) and then bolts for more modern pastures (trendy menu additions, brasserie atmosphere). Some of the detours are exciting, but others make Phantom nostalgic for tradition.more
