Douglas Gavaletz has deep experience with the Worcester Restaurant Group not only at 111 Chop House, where he served as Sous Chef for more than eight years before being named Executive Chef, but at The Sole Proprietor, where he had five years of experience as Sous Chef and Production Manager.
A true MVP, he was named Most Valuable Person in the kitchen four times at 111 Chop House and three times at The Sole Proprietor.
His nearly two decades of culinary experience also includes serving as Sous Chef at the Sturbridge Host Hotel and at C.P. Whitney’s at the Crowne Plaza in Worcester. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of the Culinary Arts, where he was named to the President’s List.
